At Beautify Bay, your satisfaction is our priority! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products (for hygiene and safety reasons), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beautifybay2030@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return claim is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or opened beauty products

  • Orders placed with the wrong address (please double-check before ordering!)
